game guard

hi, im a server admin and i got a complaint from one user. thought someone here could help me help him....

i have told him exacly what's writen in the Mega guide sticky (including the game guard fix) now, he tries to connect and right after he enters his accout name and password he gets the hacking tool found msg, anyone knows wat's wrong?

hi, i've found this thread via search option, but, im not sure it works since the user with the "hacking tool found !:20" isnt online to check.
anyone tried it before and knows it works?

Yes it works just put in your rose folder dubble click and your all set to play
