Transfering from one to the other

Well i had my server working on one dedi but i have decided to have it run on a different comp in my house for the time being....i transfer over all my server files and such. starting up the server everything was fine....when my players try to login....they cant...they get a message saying wrong account or something along those line....has any one ever tried doing this...and if so how was it fixed?

Did you transfer the SQL DB's to or have your players re-register?
