[MaNGOS] Help Needed with NPC/Mob Spawning

Hey

My problem atm, is that i have set up my wow server, but i have no mobs/npc's in the game.

Ive been reading a lot of the topics on here about this problem, and some have mentioned looking at "SDB's" and what not, but they're all really confusing to me. Ive tried downloading some, but im not sure how to "upgrade my database" and other complicated things like that.

And ive been running around in the game, my server is running fine, ive been able to manually .addspw a few mobs, but otherwise there is nothing else on the server but me.

If someone could give me a quick guide on how to get the mobs there, or what i should download (and how to use it), that would be great.
