Anyone here a Pokemon fan?

I was given a e-mail from Amazon.co.uk about super sales and what not. And i clicked Command and Conquer (i think its spelt like that) and i was scrolling around the page n saw the new Pokemon games, i was like :O!

Whats your thoughts? - By the way, this game is Wi-Fi also so you can use the Wi-Fi Trade command in the game to connect to the net n view n fight other people and such on i think :p.

Pokemon Diamond and Pearl is a great game, wat language version did you get? CHS? ENG?

hard to admit it but yes i think the game are pretty good. don't play em much anymore but i may try out daimon/pearl. I'm not really huge on it anymore i think its more nostalgia now than anything.

I quit playing Pokemon games after I beat Fire Red.

I just finished Sapphire last week. O.O

Might get Emerald as that is said to have a slightly different story just to see what it's like and I'll probably get Diamond also.

Damn... I also want to get a copy of Silver as I played mine to much and it no longer keeps a saved game. :cry:

lol i was gonna replay Gold since i remembered really liking it but the damn save game is messed up too.

Love Pokemon. I personally think it is one of the best game you can get for any system. I never get tired of it.

I beat every single Pokemon Game that has been created so far, including Gale of Darkness, etc.

2 months ago, I started a mini quest of mine to collect and fill my pokedex on my Leaf Green with every single pokemon. So far I am just missing 3. Since I don't have a DS, I won't be getting the new ones but soon enough I'll have to get them.

Lol I remember doing that back in the days of Blue and Red. I filled them both up along with Yellow. Took me, my mate, his sister, and my other mate 2 months to do it for our first copy of the game (I had blue, my mate had red, his sister had blue, and my other mate had red).

Never bothered with Silver though. Just to many to fuss with. And forget it with Sapphire. I'll need to buy a few more games just to do it.

Also is Leaf Green just the original blue version (as the NA/EU version of Blue was really the Green in Japan) with up to date graphics and system?

My fire red was stolen the day i got it from my mate, never got a chance to play it and he moved house.

Pokemon is fun, I only really enjoyed the fight scenes with friends and computer etc.

Just got my hands on Nintendo DS :happy: Even though it isn't mine, I get to keep it for 2 months along side Pokemon Rangers. Hopefully I can rent out Pearl or Diamond once I beat Rangers and still have enough time to beat them.

I got Pokemon Crystal if you want it Kitten. Last time I remembered playing it was in 2001 or 2002. Ever since Sapphire, Ruby, Emerald etc. started coming out, I haven't even touched any of the old ones.

I brought the sapphire game when I got myself a classic NES GBA SP and barely touched because my sister took it from me, mean girl. Then when I eventually got it back, NoPeace took. I don't have much luck keeping a game, let alone play it. SO yeah, send Crystal this way but I doubt I get much time on it, NoPeace would have took it before I get a chance XD

Tie him with ropes in a pole. That way he won't get it before. Since you guys live in Boston too, I don't have any problem sending the game to you. You can keep the game, I don't need it back.

I usually have Garage Sale every few months, so if you don't take it then most likely it will end up there.

Offtopic: Does anyone know when the new Pokemon Movie comes out?

Not sure Moofin when the movies come out. Might go search for it. Will keep you guyz up 2date on the new stuff for pokemon.

Im going to download the games they should make a game with 3D like pokemon snap but possible to catch pokemon and to walk in a world as big as wow but i quess that will never happen :(:p

Nah that would ruin the whole aspect of the game. They made it 2d cos it was easier to constructed around. I think if they ever made another 3D game it wouldn't be for any small console but for possably for the Wii where you had to throw the poke-ball.

I had Pokemon Blue - Red - Silver - Gold - Saphire - Ruby - Card Game - Yellow (PIKACHU !!!)
All bought for the shitty Game Boy xD
Also had a book from pokemon (the first movie) and the movie 1 and 2 soundtrack and movie 1 and 2 on a cassette (for TV)

Crystal is my favorite version, love Suicune fleding away from you and then after you get all the badges, you finally get a chances to face him and catch him.

i only play Red, Blue, SIlver, Gold, Crystal, Sapphire, Ruby and Emerald, never play pokemon on gamecube console(dont have one). i hope i have a gamecube someday and continue playing pokemon(all pokemon)

Pokemon games are all the same...
Get 1 of 3 ugly pokemon to start, meet some guy that doesn't like you for some reason, get a map go around ride with a bike, run through 6ft grass, get a seizure and end up fighting wild pokemon, and when they're down on the dirt you throw a pokeball on them that jails them, and pokeballs come in different levels, like mimimum security prisons, and maximum...for those really dangerous wild pokemon...go around gyms and walk through some random puzzles to get to the gym boss, kick the gym owner's ass and kick him in the gut when hes down and steal his badge...watch ur ugly pokemon gain lots of weight, and then meet that rival who hates your guts more and more everytime he meets you, fight his pokemon, he runs away, and then you rinse and repeat.

And thats what we love wounded :P

I completed, including full Pokedex, Red-Blue-Yellow (all three), Gold-Silver-Crystal (all three), Ruby-Sapphire-Emerald, FireRed-LeafGreen, Pokemon Stadium 1 & 2, Pokemon Coliseum, Pokemon Pinball, and Pokemon Pinball: Ruby And Sapphire. Pokemon = win.

PS: Most of these I played through PC Emulators (no hax btw =P), with the exception of Red-Blue-Yellow, Gold-Silver-Crystal, Ruby-Sapphire, Pokemon Stadium 1 & 2, and Pokemon Coliseum.
