[Help]Double Logins?

Does anybody know why whenever someone logs on my server, it logs them in twice or it seems so anyway. I have used the same exact config for a few weeks and i haven't had any problems before this. For example if someone logged on with admin mode, the logs would show up as:
2:41:45 - Name:( ) / IP ( x8.x7.x3.x35 ) Debug Login ( 1 )
2:41:45 - ID:( xxx ) / Name:( ) / IP ( x8.x7.x3.x35 ) Debug Login ( 1 )

This is causing a lot of problems so please if anyone can, please help me ^^

1) might be from his client useing 2 clients to login server
2) might be from server as you might have a dupelicated server command such as
Area server

Are you sure you don't have *REC_ADMIN twice in your Hotuk? Also make sure you don't have *GAMESERVER twice
