what are actual values of the expup command

Hello,
i have read some hotuk's posted on these forums and some do have an expup value of 1000
others have 200
and others have 50
and some have 2000
so my question is, what is the actual value of
*EVENT_EXPUP 50 is it x50 ?
and
*EVENT_EXPUP 2000 is it x2000?
so the value of monster exp = 105 + expup = 210,000?
or is there a formula for this?
like EXP x5 will be 5 ? or 50? or 500?
:juggle: sorry for writing it so long but am programming an application to control server Remotely .. and i was wondering about this command so i add it on the drop down list as x20 or x2000,,,

*EVENT_EXPUP 5000 = x50

my monster files have exp = 40x
in hotuk *EVENT_EXPUP 200 = x2

total server exp 80x

I am certain?

Erm, that cant be right Operz, a value of 500 results in rates of around 50x.

It is correct, it specifies the amount of percent from original, so 500 means 500% from what is in monster file.

500 = 500% of the original exp and that is 5 times more the normal exp so it's x5

it is, Sik - but the max value is x20 (been said many times before)

Yea I keep forgetting x20 and 20x aren't the same.

That is right. If the monster exp file has x40, means your SoD rate is x40 (that's what some servers mean with SoD rate, like Pye has x10 sod rate).
Monster exp x EXPUP = total exp rate.
