well we all use the odd captions like lol ftw but when its all in slang its very very hard to read

People are lazy, barely anyone uses proper English grammar more then 80% of the time they type online.

emospace is a prime example of tlkng lke dis. i thnk it hrdr to typ cus u hve to thnk bout wht ur wrtng. whereas typing in full words seems natural. to me anyway

probobly 50% of this forum is made up of non-english people and most of them speak better english than some people i know who have lived in england all their lives.

Nearly all Dutch/Finnish and Canadian people I've met can write/speak better English than me :sad:

tbh i find no problems with common abbreviations but when people start getting crazy or changing spelling on purpose its jsut plain stupid.

when dutch people learn english they are tought proper english. people from england use slang which makes us sound inferiour. but bieng english has the added advantage of useing less know words like 'antidissestablishmentarianism' in sentences

Full english for the win if you ask me. And thanks to the spell check tool for firefox, I got used to posting in full english to avoid seeing the red lines under the words all the time.
