[Help] Change max level

I want to know, how to change the max level?

I want to know to how to do that but I think no one know right now...

I don't know myself how to do this, sorry :p

It could be a Hex Edit or SQL or even XML.

I'll look out for anything related.

Does just changing the max level in formula.xml work? I've never tried.

Its a serverside and clientside restricition I believe.
