Help with the 2.0 TBC Servers

WoW has it been a while since I have done these private servers (back in the day of Mara's Repack I believe) but to cut to the point I am having problem's doing the set-up guide at th very first sticky in this sub-forum;

I need a MAP EXPORTER for the current, or close to current TBC DB files, all the other ones form links load up the exe file like normal, but they do not work when trying to extract them. So if anyone has a current MAP EXPORTER, and would not mind uploading it, then ty a million times.

Also I noticed to use the sticky at the VERY TOP of this sub-forum that it requires the original Kobold emu, and the thing is, I can't find it ?_?. For the matter, I notice that he says to go to the tool's folder and such and use the map exporter, but I downloaded the KOBOLD SERVER LITE and it comes with no such files. So if anyone has the Kobold server, with the "conf. files, tools folder, etc...." then that will be awesome :D
