i have the same problem i use portforward from portforward.com i forward HTTP to 80 on my ip when i go to [url=http://localhost]cPanel

Dose your ISP support web hosting from port 80? you might need to use somthing like port 8080
lol if u put in ur ip u cant see it but other ppl should, u need to use 127 others use ur ip =P
no u have to port foward also 433 and 80 :)
