Before bug was one that always when login one acc Called "C:/Boot.ini" That somebody created happened this
But I delet acc and arranged I register in cadastre it not to create " ;(/'" " etc...
But I not advance and still this happening this somebody has some idea of that it can be?

Any number of things, bad computer settings, lack of ram, slow CPU. That message is pretty much a "General Fault Error".
Lack of ram and low CPU is not with certainty

With 1GB of RAM you need at least 1,5 GB of Virtual Memory
