How can i add Clothes?

Can you guyz please help me!! ZOMFG! I Made my own clothes.. yes.. i edited the Robo suit and made an fire suit of it..

clothes, items.. how can i add it in the game? :eek6:
I know how to add new weapons but not clothes and stuff ZOMFG!

yes but i mean own created clothes.. if i edit an armor how do i add it in the game without replacing it> :S
