pvp command?

how do i activate pvp in all maps?
im using
*ENABLE PK all maps are pvp enabled but the damage is not that much also i need to press ctrl to make damage to other players. except for greedy lake wherein i dont need to use ctrl button.

is there any command wherein i can activate all maps for pvp?

using PK_FIELD # # # # #

works but only 1 per map will be activated. wonder if theres for all map thanks

*ENABLE_PK should do all maps without problem.
