Check your AccountServer for errors or you may have mixed up files between 2 different versions of files like say, 202 & 205 or check for errors in 7770, 8880 or 9990 some errors there may also lead to this error and also check if you system RAM is sufficient u need @least 2GB to RUN PROPERLY on the Same PC!! Check these Points & i think u can yourself trace the source of the Problem ...

99.9% Cause of this problem is not creating 1000 directories in the Account directory. Go to Account server and Open the SvrInfo.ini. Make sureQuote:
