Help With SQL Editor

Hello fellow members of Ragezone WoW Community :P
I was wondering . . . I reformatted a few days ago . . . & I had to reinstall MySQL 5 & SQLYog, and as we know I had to re-restore from sql dumps . . . which is very time consuming (especially for the mangos sql dumps) but I don't mind that If I absolutely have to drop the database :P

but I was wondering, I have mangos rev 3653 & I noticed that there was a mangos revision 3674 out . . .

would I have to overwrite the mangos files in the newest revision over the older ones? then re-restore the SQL dumps in SQLYog???? it takes a good hour for any up to date Mangos.sql :(

was wondering if I have to do this everytime??
