log out than change ur acceslevel to 300 than back in :P
Go to Navicat, put access level 300.
Close Navicat, and shut down Login Server, Char Server and the WorldServer. Restart them, and log in. You are now a GM.
But i cant put the acceslevel in my char, i can put only in char to create, ahhhhh, i use EasyPHP, navicat dont work here
AND WHERE I CAN CHANGE MY ACCESS LEVEL??

Just change the friggin access level to 300 make sure u have nothing started up. Then start login server, char server, world server.
And he probably means that the [GM] Tag doesn't show up on his char -_-
Just change that in the characters database and change your name to:
[GM]newb or something.
