Any time there are camera brakes, and in that videos case...every 2 seconds...there is no way of telling if that's real or not.
The only credibility that video has is Dan Osman actually did do speed climbing, you know, until he died from it.

Not a spider man cuz the ladders, but they are pretty impressive.
The second vid you would have to be pretty damn insane to attempt, hundreds of feet in the air without rope or harness? Although he died from it, so I guess we know how smart that was.
