Small Characters

I saw pictures of people in gunz who where like.. dwarfs! :P

How can i make them smaller?
i heard someone on RaGEZONE saying that you neeed to change the percentage in one of the .xml's. So i searched whole ragezone for this and i did not find anything!

Please tell me how i can make people small/HUGE!

It only works for NPCs, not human characters.

Ok.. can you tell me howto do it with NPc's then? (thnx btw) ;)
