Attetention Help Me About Pangya Cilent 212a And Server

Hello,
Can you all help me with pangya server?
In Auth & Login Server
Error found
"DB_LOG ERROR,bla....."
Same for with Game Server
"Can't connect Billing,bla...."

In client still want to update, I has follow the guide about update (babo) I don't know why.
And about client version I don't find it, but I fin 0.00. Can I use this client.

Can you link me or send me at hafizh.forum@gmail.com the "ProjectG.exe" has done with hexe and ip127.0.0.1 please.

If you have client 2.14c version with part ( not full) please link me'cause my internet conn to low ( for 150MB I must online +- 7 hours ).
