i did this test ages ago....it was in spamzilla i think...mine was something like 5.8k down 600up...
anyway this website fails...i was getting high dl speed from japan too...lol...

using 3 pcs with emule , torrent and normal ftp :P
thats why i get less 3mb and less 300kb/s on the stupid upload
certain isps wont appear btw , specially if you're on a dedicated line ( example University , since yes i get could get similar tests like username1 :P )
