You need to open them in the .tga reader found in the tools pack fromt he RFT thread. After correcting the headers you can edit them in paint or PS.

and my question is:
i need only find this bitmap files and need to change for example MixC ( for Celesto)?

mixM_01 = trans mix
mixM_02 = murk mix
mixM_03 = devine mix
mixM_04 = celesto mix
mixM_05 = created for bellun mix by rPT

mixS_01...-mixS_05 is a skin to aging after +9

I edited new skin in CS2
