[RELEASE] Clan Emblems for any client

This how you can add the clan_emblem to your BR-Gunz.

First of all you need to know how to unpack and pack the system.mrs and how update the filelist.xml

Here it comes:

1> Unpack your system.mrs
2> Open the file system.xml
3> add this to it

Add it under the </HOMEPAGE> and above the <Locatorlist> This is important
4> make the same folder in your apache root and add an image to it.
5> Open your mssql studio and go to your clan table.
6> Put in the colum ImageURL only of the image [example: 12.jpg] and put and EmblemChecksum 1
7> Pack the system.mrs again and please it in your gunz folder.

So people.. The Emblems are working now...

Probelly it works also for the July and the old December Client/Server I didn't check it....

I already made a web script to upload clan emblems. lol.

I've been without internet for a week, needed something to do so I made a ton of web scripts.

Will this work for remote image hosting?

the images can be hosted on an remote server
only you need to make you script so it will upload the images to that page.

But dont use imageshack or something like that

It dont matter how u place it rite?

This is an good wayto do it.

But I`m stuck @ trying to access my server =__=
It crashes @ Loading Mesh and no one helps me (Y)

But Ok.
After I make Apache work and succeed to access my server I`ll make Emblems work :D

Sounds like a hint to me! Check your Model folder, see if you have man.mrs or woman.mrs unpacked. If not, try mlog.txt, it'll definitely have a clue towards the bottom (perhaps a problem in man01.xml or woman01.xml).

My man.mrs and woman.mrs are alright, I'm pretty sure of it.

Loading mesh is most definitely the stuff in the model folder, so check there for any recent additions you might've made.

Check the Mlog.txt. i know for 99,99% sure that there will be an message with file failed at loading.

My server is working but in December Server because I don't want to change Premium Items' ID u.u
So... I'm not sure if it works for December's server.
My first test didn't work but I found an error and I'm fixing it right now.
So I'll try again and edit this post saying what happened, so a Mod. will be able to put in the title that it works for December Matchserver too =P

Edit: I'm almost pretty sure it won't work @ December client.
If anyone with December's client could make it work, tell me how =x

I have put the Apache emblem's Folder in system.xml and I think my table/proc is alright...
But it still doesn't work.
I think maybe it's because I've put information in the clan's table without playing CWs or making the clan in-game, but I'm not sure that's the problem =x

Can we talk at MSN or Pms and may you guide me somehow?
I'm kinda stuck and it still didn't work. Apache is fine, I'm using the official Database and my system is ok I guess.

o yes, as more i worked with the site, it found little/mini bugs to the get into the database and information.

that should be working good.

But you need to put in the emblem name in the database. and put in by the emblem checksum 1
if you change the emblem change the checksum also.

Urkainer may release it.

in database the url i insert 1.jpg and in checksum i insert 1

But it is not working....

Sorry for the late repleys on some question. But i have it very busy with me job at this moment. Working for 7 am till 10 pm most of the times.

And i lost all the files on mine computer, new hardware and dont have the old harddrive any more.

Ok it's working now.
Just don't put anything in system.xml, don't modificate it.

Then, go to your Database and put the whole emblem URL (car insurance debt consolidation mortgage at yourhosthere.com) and here we go!
It can even be ImagesHack! :O

just use the emblem upload script..
