Help Me update my Mangos Server.

I have read all the guides and stuff, but can't seem to wrap my head around on how to do it.

I just need someone to go though it IN THE IDIOTS GUIDE TO UPGRADEING A MANGOS server format :)

Don't leave anything out and don't asume I know anything.

My Nephew helped me setup the server from a download off Emule which had all the files included, but i want to upgrade and it now and maybe setup a server. I think the Mangos version was 3400 something, I know its 3800 something now, so its a little out of date, thus the upgrade :)
