Website registration.

I've been trying to firgure this out for the past 3 days with no luck whatsoever.

I've tried multiple different versions of a website registration hoping that one of them would somehow be different from the rest and allow me to view it from an external computer.

However, I can view the website registration from an internal ip address, ex: http://localhost/www/index.php

How can other people that aren't simply at my computer create an account using my ip address ex: http:// x.x.x.x /www/index.php

Thanks, I really appreciate any help or hints on how to get this to work.
