[Help]I can't Edit .dds and Elu. how to edit it?

I try to open it in photoshop but it cannot

it show me "Error Could not open...............(location file) Because it not the right kind of document"

you need photoshop and the .dds plug in for DDS files

and for ELU files no one knows...
i think there a programe for lunix that can...

For .elu files, its openable with windows, but people that opened it kept it private.
