[help]with locator

i wanna know how to let other ppl see my matchserver.
i run locator but on the other pc i dont see

Maybe you inputed your lan ip in system.xml or you didnt update the filelist.xml.

EDIT: nope,didnt work!..maybe i did it wrong..can anyone tell me what to do?
and what did you mean by filelist.xml

use the crc generator to generate a crc code and add it to your filelist.xml

where do i find the crc generator??
