Do you have a router?
If so then check its port forwarding. Also if you are hosting on port 80 your ISP may block traffic getting through, usually due to hacks through that port, you can call them and ask them to unblock it for you. If you are using a different port then make sure that whoever you are sending the link to knows example of hosting on a different port:If you don't have a router and know that the port is unblocked then make sure that any antivirus/firewall software is allowing people to connect.Code:http://example.com:8080/
Another thing, make sure you are sending them the right URL, you didn't specify the link you were using (that would help). Don't tell them your local ip, make sure it is your actual IP example:would work for you and not others. you would send them the link like:Code:http://192.168.1.100
something like that. But you could get a dns for yourself for free from dyndnsCode:http://12.345.67.8/
Sorry But I dont understand what u r talking about...(My mother language is chinese:eek: )
Im not using a router , I am just using DSL to connect. :sq_yellow
