help please 1.12.1 djravine repack

im tryin to set up a npc teleporter
ive been searching fore ever now, i found this http://forum.ragezone.com/f114/my-teleporters-127769/ and a few like it
but my problem is i have no scripts or tcl folders i have a ScriptDev2 folder with a scripts.sql in it, i cant find anything for boats like ive read is there with the info i can edit to make him, can someone please help?
i have made custom portals and they work fine but id like a more organized look then havin portals all over the place

ive got close to makin it work, i can spawn him but nothing happens when i try and talk to the guy is it not connecting to the tcl right? it shows the chat bubble but thats it
