Couple of questoins..

hey guys, i had a couple questions, i have a server for v. 2.0.12 and i want to upgrade how would i do that, and another question was that whenever me and my friends try to look on the action bar for the spell description it has no despription just a spell name and rank, some of my shammy fire totems and elemental totems dont work and my server is apparently in german, any answers would be greatly appreciated. oh, and is there a reputation command? cuz i cant find one anywhere...

Ok for the upgrading i need to know what "Emu" your using first so i can help.
for the German thing get a DBC extractor and extract the DBC files from your WoW install (which should be in your desired language). as for the spell description might just be a old database.
