I need help.Im getting 2 errors....

Hi all :)
Im getting 2 errors.
1st error is when im installing mysql-essential-5.0.41-win32....
"Error 1335.The cabinet file "product.cab" required for
this installation is corrupt and cannot be used. "

instead of version 5, i setup version 3,6 of MySQL....


2nd error...(In SQLyog)
When im trying to execute the ***.sql file(s)
i get this error...
"There was an error while executing a query."
and when im looking at the error log file im reading this...
