[Tool] WoW Launcher

hi there,
a friend asked me for a while to create a little program that deletes the cache of wow because his users are having problems with it. seems like the databases of all his private wow servers are slightly different and the user sometimes will get error messages when he switches from one server to another. therefore i made a little program for him that deletes the cache, changes the realmlist.wtf to his ip and finally starts wow, a launcher. it only took me some seconds to change the hardcoded ip etc to variables, easily editable through an *.ini. then i made another launcher, which is slightly more helpful if the user plays on realms with different login servers. if you have a private server and want your users to play on it more comfortable, just download and use my launcher its easy ^^.

note: the tool needs to be in the main directory of wow

with this tool you can manage more then one ip adress so this isnt for normal users. to add realms just open realms.txt and insert your ips, one per row. you must not edit settings.ini, but there is just one value in it so changing it wont do much ; ). after starting the program, select which cache shall be deleted (WDB folder for 1.12 and Cache folder for 2.0.0+) or select "delete nothing" to (yea) delete nothing. your selection will be saved (the one value in the settings.ini). then, choose your ip address at the drop-down menu (the first entry in realms.txt will be the standard one) and start playing.
what the programm does now: it basically searches for every file in the folder you selected and deletes it, then deletes the folder itself. now it will delete your realmlist.wtf and create a new one with the right ip in it and start wow.exe.

WoW Launcher Lite

This is for those people with private servers who dont want their users to be confronted with anything that yould confuse them. It does the same then the normal launcher, but it has no multiple realm support and therefore no realms.txt. just insert your servers ip into settings.ini (the second line) and fill in the right number into the first line to select the folder to delete (1= WDB Folder, 2=Cache Folder and 3=nothing). your users will just have to download and unpack this program into their wow directory and click "start wow" in order to play on your server.

i dont think i will support this tool in the future because its just too easy to use to be supported. also, i hate wow and just developed it for a friend. but maybe you can use it, too : )
