How do you IPbann on antrix?

i have a player who is very annoying i need to IP ban him how is this done?i can ban accounts but he just makes more.

.addipban i think .... use .commands in game

.ban "playername"

then .kick him. xD

i tryed that he just made another account and came back in with same IP now he is tryign to get into my DB is there any security programs for antrix?

in teh database theres a cloumn called
"ipbans"
add his ip to that.

k thanx.also when he was tryign to get into my DB it sayed some thing like blah blah connectign to DB through Externale source or somethign liek that would you know any thing about that?Also in teh IPban in the DB it ssays ip then has a box beside it that says expire what is that for?
