[Release] DebboProject V3 FIX Download - Re-Release [Release]

I was lucky to download DebboProject V3 before the link was removed because you could not register. I have simply fixed the register problem by adding a folder. Here is the the download. (All credits to the DebboProject)

There is already a fixed release by Nillus in the Debbo Thread.

The one nillus has is missing furni files.. :) This is comes right from the thread until the actual link was removed it was a very simple fix!
