i installed the server but burning crusade isnt active ( cant create Belf, dreanei... max lvl is still 60) how do i activate them??

in the SQL account tabels is there a option, here's a pic

another thing.... i cant learn Mount :s i learned to mount 60% but i cant learn 100% and Flying mounts :S
What level character are you trying to learn it to and keep in mind that they're only usable in Outland.
