Register Error?

Hey, can anyone help me with my login.asp, everytime i try to register a new account this happens:

and u can register manule at SQL

go to accountdb search Tuser and creat a account for example test then go to allgameuser and creat there same account should work

yea i know i can do that, but i needa know how to fix the iis to make it so ppl can register from all over instead of me havin to manually do it all =/

try to reinstall ur IIS.
