[Request] SOD Time

I have searched and read this forum for "SOD Time" and was unable to find an answer.

What do I need to change/edit to change the SOD time to a 24/7 SOD?

well there are two ways to do it

1.) Freeze your server time
2.)Use a patched server(you need to pay $$ for this)
