[Help] Knighthood/Clan

Respected Moderator's,
I am using 2.05 Server(Raf's modded server) and ARAIII client. My server is runnig well but i have some problem with Knighthood.
I am able to create Knighthood, but as soon as i shutdown the server and again restart the server, My knighthood name disappears, it only shows like this: "[]" (empty bracket). And more over i am not able to disband the knighthood.
I am not able to put KH logo (crest). I have put 20X20 bmp image in my Emblem folder. KH symbol appera in the window where we have to create Knighthood. Put when ever i try to put KH symbol nothing happens...

Ins@ne, i have searched whole forum went to each n every post but i dint find any solution to my problem. Please help me and guide me how to solve this problem

You didnt search the whole forum. I discussed this problem recently too. Please look once more.

I have checked that post but its only discussing about the Knighthood Crest.

But, my problem is that when ever i shut down the server and again restart the server my KH name only shows "[]". I have checked the clan folder in drive C:. It has 0-999 folder's, Log folder, and some files like Clantable_0 etc.

And moreover, I am not able to disband the Knighthood too, whenever i try to disband my Knighthood it shows msg "Disbanding the Knighthood" and nothing happens.

Once i was able to Disband the Knighthood, it also showed msg "Knighthood Disbanded" , but i was still able to see empty KH name "[]" even though i disbanded KH.


@Insane , it would be very kind of you to help me in solving my problem. and if possible can you upload Clan db, i guess my problem may be coz of errored Clan DB.

ur MainServer.exe cant find the previous A3ClanNameTable_X....
X=ur world ID

thats y ur kh shows "[]"

check where u placed A3ClanNameTable_X according to ur MainServer.exe..

worst come to worst.... ur A3ClanNameTable_X corrupted...

What Zaugola said. Just upload a A3ClanNameTable_(index) to your A3Log folder in the C drive and the Clan folder. Your problem will be settled.

A3ClanNameTable_(index)???

Which meaning of this?

index stands for the zone index of the server. It's either 0 or 23.

I followed your steps and copied A3ClanNameTable_0 and put it in Clan & A3log. But still my problem persists!!!!

To test this issue i made a new Knighthood and again Shut downed my Server safely and restarted but still the same problem.... it only showed "[]".

And more over i am not able to Disband the KH.. when ever i try to disband it shows message "Disbanding Knighthood" but nothing happens...

INs@ne, i know you are busy in developing Part 5 Server, but can you please help me and Yag4mi2k. I have made my server by refering your posts only...

hope you will guide me through this problem...

Try doing this. Make a new ID and try creating a KH by a character in that account. After making it - reconnect and the icon will show up. Try disbanding it then.

If you're using a already pre-existing account - it'll cause some read-over errors.

I follwed ur steps and made new KH from a new ID... but still the same prolem... it only showed "[]".

I have checked the Clan DB in my SQL server. In that Clan DB it showed Empty columns, i.e In my CLan DB it has some columns like Clan ID, Leader Name, Town etc... but there were no Values in the Cells.....

I am not able to sort this problem out.... InS@ne or any RZ members please help me in sorting this problem....

Yeah. Please do that. Your problem should have been solved by now. It shouldnt have persisted.

Everything seems proper. The [] used to come because of the missing A3ClanTable file. Do one thing - Get another clan DB and restore that.

Well i too had the problem when i reformatted my C: drive and all my Clan files were missing i had [] bracked showing up. I then created new character and looked into that characters "m_body". I had copied the S_Info field from that char to my char missing kh and i was able to get rid of the brackets. You can try this to disband missing Knighthoods.

1) Delete the Clan database from SQL Server, and create a new Clan database.

2) Then open Query Analyzer, then select the Clan database and put this quoted text and press F5, to execute the script.

3) Now, copy the A3ClanNameTable_0 to A3log folder, Clan folder, A3_ClanMarkdata in drive C:
I am providing you A3ClanNameTable_0 if in case your file is corrupted.


Now, Create a new Knighthood from a new ID, now your problem is solved.

If you face KH Crest problem, create 0-999 Dir in A3_ClanMarkData.. i had done this steps and solved my problem.

You didn't followed my steps.

First DELETE the current Clan database in you SQL server. then Make a new Clan DB and then put the string in Query Analyzer....

You are experiencing that error as the tables mentioned on those particular lines already exist and hence they cannot be over written. As Knighthawk pointed - you have to first delete the existent database and then restore a new ClanDB with the one given in the above posts.
