Summer Vacations

Hey,

What are you guys doing for summer vacations this year, or what would you like to do if you haven't made plans already?

I know what I'm doing, it isn't the "perfect" vacation, but I'm going to go visit relatives that I haven't seen in three years. I'm doing that in August for a week or two.

I'm going to Lisbon, Portugal for a week D:

I've already been to Paris and Rome. Got back about 3 weeks ago.

went all around the city and outside... to the ocean and soon going to the Hudson Bay ( well close to it ) for a week... ill miss RZ...

Im... working :-(

As always, no breaks for me.. OT is always cashed out, and I get one, sometimes two days off a week.. lol :-(

My parents put me in summer school, however I passed my grade.

i was gonna go to amsterdam in august but im moving house instead so all my money is going on that

Im not really familiar with all the summer vacation and stuff. (From australia, its alot different)

But does that mean that you still goto school during your.. 3 month? holiday =/

ive got gigs with the band coming up and going to a recording studio.

then ive got more gigs.

going to be death for my voice.

Going to Whistler in British Columbia for a 2 week biking holiday ^_^

I'm going to... oh wait, no, I don't have any vacation. :cry:

Work. Into a new profession now so no holidays for me. :(

You're doing growling/screaming vocals right? well, I can tell you for sure that you're having these problems because you're doing something INCORRECTLY. Don't tell me I'm wrong, I'm a vocalist myself and I have have quite an experience with this type of vocals. about four and a half years by now actually. Trust me, when you'll have that kind of experience, you'll be able to produce simply crazy sounds with your voice.


As for my plans, well, I got me a nice job so I hope that I'll be able to buy a new guitar by September. Hopefully, a small amplifier (to replace my dead one) as well. Apart from that, have done a couple of gigs with my band, we might do another one by the end of August. Unfortunately, neither me nor my parents have any money for any vacations (Yeah, that's right, I come from a relatively poor, hard-working family, and life isn't full of privileges for me)
