[REL] Anti-Lagg System For Debbo Server SE [REL]

Hey everybody well i though scince Debbo Project v3 is really really laggy i thought id make a anti lagg system! this was origanally for Debbo v3 but scince SE came out i've changed it a bit.

Theres 1 bad part to this... well my computer doesn't let me upload stuff or download stuff when i try downloading somthing it says " this site is not secure. internet explorer has blocked this site, please ask a administrator to unblock the site "

Dont put the release tag if you want to distribute it via MSNGER...

well when you get the anti lagg console, all you do it turn on anti lagg it helps create less lagg whenigng entering rooms with lots like 10+ plus you can set stuff like .. Delete furni older then 5 days [ looks in database's furni files to see how old they are then deletes one that are older then then date you pick and more stuff too.
