Tech notes:

- coded in c#
- uses Threading for speed (much faster to do everything aka less lag)
- Due to the use of MySQL it allows you to do anything you wish web based such as habbo homes, a FULL housekeeping, anything your brain desires.

Its because you're not running your MySQL Server.

Either run the mysql locally, or use cpanel and upload it via there. that error = the mysql hasn't connected and so it crashes when it tries to run the mysql query to something not connected ;)

I have a problem with config.ini

I can't configure it :/

i only started coding it a week ago.

And due to the fact that its in C# i can't do what the rest of you do and just steal everyone elses code and paste it in.

Also this server is much more stable and quicker than any server made in VB for a few simple reasons.

#1 - This server is threaded (can do multiple things at once - no other server does that)
#2 - it uses MySQL meaning that it takes mere milliseconds to perform extensive searches unlike using Text files where it would literally take up to 2 seconds for a search - This combined with the fact VB can only do one thing at a time = major lag with lots of connections

#3 - Most importantly: i can code... and quite frankly, nobody else thats 'coded' a retro can.

@Jeax : I have uploaded in my MYSQL database PCCFB.sql and i have started server i have error (look up) and i don't know how to onfigurate config.ini

If you can explain me..

if the SQL server is online, then the host should be

YourSitename.com/.net/whatever

the db name should be whatever you called the DB when you uploaded it

and the username and password should be what username/password you assigned to that database! :p

its a bit tricky if you don't know MySQL but still kinda simple.

Best server yet I would think... Considering its got MySQL and it isnt vb I would start my retro up again if it had more updated features (trax, diving, etc.) Otherwise... Kick ass start.

Qurb: that error means that the MySQL Server has disconnected for some reason or another, either your host refused the connection or it just dropped it.

Either re-try re-opening the app which might fix it. Or check your mysql settings to see if its allowing the connection.

That's all perfectly fine, thats just the incoming packetlog. i forgot to disable it :p Feel free to edit the source and stop it from showing all incoming packets if you know any c# :)

The reason it wont login for you if it doesn't is due to the fact it doesn't use the v9 version of logging in and uses SSO instead.

-- Check password of username = the password in table users
-- Create a random string and put it into the field ssoticket in the table users
-- Echo it into the loader

Most of us don't accuse him of making a bad server, introox. I commend him for starting from beginning and still letting us get the source in true 'going back to the beginning retros' spirit. Most servers now-a-days are made by freaks who don't give what they used back to the community. Jeax is definately an exception.

If not... i tryed before 3.0 also 2.0 and diddnt work either.

I have imported the SQL database to MySQL now, on localhost. And I still got the WindowsApplication1 error. I do have .NET framework 2.0.
