How to make WoW logo?

I saw on other server's sits that they have renamed this LOGO:

They have wrote other text in place of WARCRAFT ex: World Of FunCraft
I know that it have to be done in photoshop or other image editing software but don't know where can I get that .psd file...
Can some1 help me???

It's not a psd. They edited the original photo themselves.
