[Help] Cash system

I'm trying to make cash web system... king of u buy cash with money and buy itens in shop with cash. I need a php script to create hex codes for warehouse, but to create them, like: 1 player can add in car shop 1 Set Dragon Knight+11 +8 +Reflect +Dmg Deacrease and other: 1 Set Dragon Knight +13 +Dmg Decrease, is there a way to do that... like a mu editor?
