Your Coolest Injuries!

Hey.

What's the coolest injury you've ever had?

A couple of years ago, I was up in the pine forest with my dad to collect pine needles for a project he was working on, and I had climbed a tree up to about the second branch, just for fun. It wasn't a big tree, so it wasn't very stable. It wobbled, and I fell off =P On the way down the back of my leg was cut, twice, in the same place, by scratchy twigs and branches. Luckily I landed on the big sacks of pine needles we had collected =)

The funny thing was that the two cuts made an X shape on the back of my leg. I had a big red X there for a couple of weeks after =P

I pushed my sister so hard against the wall and the wall broke.

I don't know what a cool injury is...but my biggest injury was when I was mountain biking with a bunch of friends...

I rode down a steep hill, which happened to have a huge ditch at the bottom of it. Front wheel got stuck in the ditch, I superman'ed over the my front wheel, flew for about 3 feet, landed straight on my chest, broke 3 ribs.

Friend of mine ran into me with a bike... Sucked.

Cracked my ankle bone, or atleast thats how it felt... Apparently bone pain is known as the worst of them all and thats by far the worst pain i have ever had.... :cry: Ill admit... tears were present.. as was blood

I have another one too, I busted the top right of my head on a thin metal cylindrical piece of my brothers bed, a ugly sight.

well mine was...

when me and my friendz where at the skate ramps and it was all wet they all deared me to try do a trick in the bole.

stupid me when really fast up the side went like 4 merteres in the air over the fence and into a big mud pile .

it hurt like hell ... coz my balls went into the goose neck :(

I remember one injury.

I was like 8-9 years old. Was on a vacation with parents. I went out with friend to play football and when I saw my mom watching us, I ran straight towards her, slipped and fell...later on I realised I landed on my knees all over the glass...I think I know why my mom is deaf now...I was screaming for like 20 minutes. It's hard when you can see your bones sticking out of knees. Still got scars.

When I was 7, my mom was outside cutting grass on our riding lawn mower. I went out to ask if I could go to a friends house, I went and asked and then went back to the house, and I forgot what she said (stupid?). I went back out there to ask again, but the grass is damp (early morning, probably dew/rain). Anyways, I run out there and slip on the grass, and of course I slid right in front of the lawn mower. My moms head is turned the other way, and the lawn mower runs over me, it goes up to my stomach, but it only cut my foot.

Foot was hanging, by skin. It broke all the bones in my foot and toes. Was in a wheelchair for a long time (seemed forever at that age). But they managed to fix it perfectly (special doctor was at the hospital at the time, very lucky.). Only a scar goes around my foot now, but it's faded a lot.

What IS cool about injuries?

I raped a snowman, and I got frostbite :(

i fell off my bike and cut the corner of my elbow off, could see the bone and it was all chipped and shit, i also got popped in the balls with a swingball.

It's like when your leg's broken you're a tough guy because you took the pain, but if you think about where the injury came from, you're not cool for failing at whatever you attempted you just suck.

It's like after an hour of trying your hardest with Counter-Strike you check the scoresheet and say damn I'm good, I managed to die 5 times more than I scored.

It's like missing a bus and congratulating yourself for it.

Well My worst injury was when I was swimming and there was a diving platform I started running to jump off and I sliped and hit my head on the edge and landed on my back... (I ended up having 8 stiches)
So yeah Im not sure if that was my worst but most recent worst one.

I was stood at the top of my stairs while my sister thought it would be funny to push me down the stairs. I rolled and tumbled down the stairs and i had a Glass Front door at the bottom and my foot went through it. Cutting all the way up my leg while breaking my wrist.

It kind of had a sound to it.

Bang, Bang, Bang, Snap, Bang, Smash, Slice.

Was funny at the time and i was crying in laughter AND pain.

When I was 7, I tried to jump off a swing and landed on my ass. After that, I never jumped off a swing, but I started to again when I turned 13. =P

Lol. I was once on a broken swing. The bolt holding the chain to the frame had come loose, and as soon as I started swinging it popped out and I went flying backwards a few feet. =(

I don't know if these are really "cool", but they are humorous. Never really got why injuries are considered funny but hey i guess its the evil in all of us :P Funniest injury i had was when i was little me and my best friend were running after a frog and both of us were going full speed with our heads down and we ran right into each other. Damn did my head hurt. Best injury i witnessed was walking down the street talking with my friend. his brother was also there intently listening in on our convo. Well he was so interested in what we were saying that he didn't notice the pole and walked straight into it and then fell backwards bumping his head on this really nice car leaving some blood on it. we ran and laughed while the brother cried his head off.

Well, this one isn't much of an injury, but it hurt like hell when it happened and was funny as hell, if you think about it XD

So anyway, It was on weekend, Friday night, me and some friends, dudes and chicks, went to the beach with some booze, far away from any cops that might be passing by. So anyway, by the time everyone who was drinking was real wasted, I, like all the times, was only starting to feel the alcohol's effects (As I'm the biggest guy, I got the biggest liver and stuff). So I took up the bottle of vodka we had, and simply took a shot straight from the bottle. Then, while drinking, I started choking, so I put down the bottle and started coughing like a muddafucka. Damn, I barely could breathe people. Then, all of a sudden, MY GODDAMN LEFT BALL STARTED HURTING!!! And me, still coughing, thinking to myself like "What The F#@*?!". Seriously, For a second, I thought I'm gonna throw up, and my left ball would be thrown up too XD

Thank god, I didn't try that ever again, and my ball is all OK lol

I think my most awesome and painful injury was getting my arm cut off.

Never, ever put your arm out on the side of the roller coaster train. I had to find this out the hard way. =[

I split my head open, in my aunties swimming pool, in the shallow part i dived into it, well it was the first time i went into it, as i didn't no which was the deep and shallow ends, good job people were with me, i could of drowned.

I know it doesn't sound 'cool' or bad but yeah, i don't get hurt a lot, i like to look after myself a lot, you guys probably do too, it's just that i i have a thing with blood, and we only get one life, one body, i won't take any chances..

I was once snorkelling in a swimming pool, and some asshole did a pencil dive onto my back. I went under and took in a load of water through my snorkel =(

I smashed my skull...Twice. Explains a few things though.

I chipped a bit off my skull once. I was walking out of my bedroom down the hall to the bathroom, and the ladder to the roof was halfway down, at my head height, so I bumped my head into it =(

mine was funny to see as my mate laughed like hell but we were going around a corner full speed on my bike about 2 years ago and my front tire hit the curb and somehow sprang me off the bike and slammed me into a lampost, yeah i was bleeding and laughing but was funny when i think back on how it must've looked :P

I just remembered another.
When I was around maybe 6 or 7 I was at school and recess was in session.
Being excited and anxious to get outside and play I didn't take notice to my surroundings and Ran outside, some girl was laying on the ground coloring with chalk and had her leg right in the walkway... I tripped right over her.. *CRACK* my head hit the concrete so hard and I slid across the asphalt.
The recess lady chaperone or whatever came and was like "Oh my you need to get to the nurse..." My desire to join my friends was more important so there I was standing there crying my ass off about how "I wanna go play"

Of course I couldn't see my forehead so I had no idea how severe the injury really was...
When I got to the nurses office and saw it... It was absolutely disgusting, it looked like rotting mangled flesh due to my head scraping on the concrete...
The nurse just put a bandage on it and unfortunately I missed my recess that day lol :cry:

This isn't cool, but it's sad to think it's not funny:
I remember and event a while back in middle school that got our fucking recess taken away. Some girl was running forward, her head back at us looking at us, then turns her head and hits it right into one of the giant light poles. I was holding the laughter so bad because some teachers were like "OMG she's knocked out" and I'm like "OMG she's retarded for not looking where she's going." but yeah no fucking recess cause she just HAD to run into the damn thing. There were stitches from her nose to her forehead (she hit the fucker hard)

Why was recess taken away when a girl got knocked out?

when my brother pushed me on the top of the car. and i got a big hump on my forehead on that day. oh man i was so pissed. >.>
