This game, looks flipping awesome. Sorry if i've reposted but this game I just played on my xbox 360 through a demo and i enjoyed every minute of it. BioShock is good and all but there arnt enough shooters like Stranglehold out this year, i'm glad it has been released it gives a whole new feel for my ps3 and xbox 360 :)

Played the demo, its pretty nice, but not worth $60. Its a game thats fun for a little while and then just the same thing over and over. At least thats what it seems like. I'll stick with Bioshock as my August game
Yeah i'll stick with Bioshock as my August game aswell... and PGR3, (+steering wheel) Forza 2, NFS Carbon, NFS MW and possibly Two Worlds.

thats the most expensive game ever made think 30.000.000$ production costs, its a lil bit like max payne 2
I loved Stranglehold i played the demo on Xbox Live. I love how you can iteract with almost everything!:eek:
This game has some cool features for a shooter, but the game seems repetitive to me and so I feel the fun will peter out rather quickly, even halfway during the demo I switched my 360 off because I was bored of the repetitive play (yes I did pick up the crane things and got the sniper bullet thing, but it is still rather repetitive, such as when you are fighting 5 v 1 whilst trying to dodge bullets).
Hmm, looks good. But im not going to buy it, looks bit boring, just like GTA lol. But graphics look very impressive :D, he really cant die :S
Good thing is that it only lasts 8 hours, so you should be able to beat the game then... or wait, that's supposed to be a bad thing. :DQuote:

It's a Max Payne clone? I'm guessing you don't realise that Max Payne was largely based on John Woo's films...
