Ok I have sqlyog and everything up everything seems to be going great! I open logonserver.exe opens and runs fine, I open ascent.exe and this happens.....

Wrong password or username.
Check your conf files and see if you edited everything the way you supposed to.

try changing this line

I had the same problem too, but this was what caused it...
Apparently the username and password are CaSe SeNsItIvE, so If you type a capital letter it won't recognise it as password or if in the original password or username was a capital letter, and you forgot to type it... well... same story... Just try to look if you used capital letters or not...
