ok i had this problem and it was simple for me to do , it took ma ages tho lol ^^
ok so one thing it could be is that you need to allow the gameserver-cs (castlesiege/gameserver2) port in your router or firewall.
another reason for this happening is if the ip in the mapserverinfo.dat for the gameserver-cs is set to lan. so make sure both/ all the ips in mapserverinfo are set to your global ip (remember the s infront of the ip is needed example s34.0.12.228)

your local ip is your internal ip for if i have multiple computors on a router
your global ip is like your signiture on the web you can find out your global ip here > WhatIsMyIP.com - 208.116.34.18
