Just replace 3 .php files.
Installation guide is in Read Me file. (Isn't needed actually...)

Hmm, what do you mean?

Well, I'm going to explain what this does.

You click reset stats, the payment is 400 million zen.
All your stats are set to 20, and you get free level up points depending on your resets.
If your a Knight, Wizard or a Elf you get 1995 level up points * Resets.
If your a Dark Lord or a Magic Gladiator you get 2695 level up points * Resets.

So, If you are a SM with 34 resets and you mis-added some stats and your stats went to -2934 or something. You do a stats reset, your stats are set 20 and you get 67830 points to add.

edit: suggestion, when people are level 1 and have a reset, you should do this to stop people from exploting the server:
resets-1*level*5 for normal, resets-41*level*7 for mg\dl

^^ How can you exploit it?
You are level 1 and have a reset. Therefore if you make stats reset, you are level 1 and have 1995 level up points. The previous points get deleted. So you are level 1 strength 20, agility 20, vitality 20, energy 20 and have 1995 points to add.
