Usually if that happens you aren't running logonserver or your configs are messed up so do what king said and post your config files.

By the way, does anyone know what the correct sql command is for the clientaddons? I put in the TNDB rev8 file into the database but the ascent program is putting a Query Failed statement next to clientaddons.

okay ... what is the ip you put for the logonserver address?
or actually, are the passwords at the bottom of ascent.conf
and logonserver.conf the same?
