Well.. after setting up sql, configuring .confs, extracting maps and every other usual thing i came up with this error that i can't understand/fix:

..and as long as i've searched through forums, i haven't found another similar post. I would really appreciate your help.

Hmm....you are using a fuck*** old core! Take the newest Rev 1425 and try it. Download here!

Hmm... just to inform the other people who experience the same problem as me. The rev was kinda old but it's working ok. The problem (which was my fault) about the authenticating key was the very last param of both config files:
# WorldServer Setup
#
# This directive controls the password used to authenticate with the worldserver.
# It must be the same between the two configs. If it is not, your server will

<LogonServer RemotePassword = "change_me_logon">
Cronica: I downloaded the rev you told me, but i can't find out what "realmserver.exe" is about. I'm just getting the error: Access denied for "moocow@localhost".. if this prog wasn't using pass to connect to the db with this username, i could check it too but it seems that it can't be configured by the "realms.conf" argfile.

Just don't look at the realmserver.exe, you don't need it! You only need ascent.exe and logonserver.exe, and the 3 .conf Files (and DBC Files and Maps).
