is there be a ghost in my room?
This is very serious for me guys so don’t post anything stupid
Last night I was sleeping as normal at about 11 PM and I was fine about 2 hours later I had an attack on my body I could not move a finger and could not breath for about 25 secs even my dogs were howling it went away so I said to my self that I am going mad and I should just sleep and it happened again for 3 times so I got up at 3 am I went out side after the last attack and it felt as if I had no power left in my body could this be real or is there some scientific answer??? plz guys i realy need help i am going insane and i dont want to sleep tonight :(

Don't think too spiritual. I guess its something to do with your mind. Ghosts don't exist, so probably something else.
I once read that when you are in a field with a certain sound frequency (unhearable, but you mind notices it) it can influence your feelings. They found a frequency that made you beeing uncomfortable. Dogs hear it too, probably.
EDIT:
Maybe you didn't eat enough (too few energy) or you were halucinating...
Cannot imagine how you felt though... :S

anyway to us chinese now is the month call ghost festival where the ghost are let out freely to roam but the gate will close tomorrow but thats a believe of us chinese
